Donald Trump’s administration is creating conditions of fear, overwhelm, and confusion, AKA the ideal conditions for folks to be traumatized.

We reduce our chances of becoming traumatized when we access our internal and external resources. In this space, we’ll focus on practical strategies and information to help us:

  • stay grounded
  • connect with internal and external resources
  • find a sense of safety
  • regulate our nervous systems
  • connect with self and others
